2. Description of Service

Doc2Translate provides an AI-powered document translation service. Users purchase credits, which are deducted based on the page count of the documents uploaded. We guarantee layout preservation to the best of the AI's ability, but users are responsible for final review of all documents.

3. Refunds and Credits

Credits purchased are non-refundable. If a translation fails due to a system error on our end, the credits will automatically be refunded to your account ledger.

4. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they hold the copyright or necessary permissions to translate and distribute the documents they upload to the service.
