We understand that documents uploaded to Doc2Translate may contain highly sensitive corporate information. We utilize enterprise-grade encryption. Once a document is successfully translated, the files are securely processed via our enterprise API, which guarantees zero data retention.

2. What We Collect

We collect basic account information (such as your email via OAuth) to manage your credit balance and billing history. We do not permanently store your raw PDFs or translated documents on our servers unless explicitly requested for user history logging.

3. Third-Party Processors

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Document translation is processed securely by our Enterprise AI pipeline. We do not sell your personal data or document contents to any third parties.
